Well, i dont know if u had a look on ur calendar....... its almost 3 months before the Open Days... i guess its more than time to publish @ least some news about the Open Days 2008!!! In the years before, news was published far earlier than this year. Unless u ve something very special to hide. In that case.... keep me in that state.... otherwise... start publishing.

Most of the "ordinary" people who are going to an airshow always take a look at the website a month before the airshow, Only "our community" want to know everything three month in advantage. And most people at an airshow don't really care what shows up. What they want is a continuous airshow, and enough places to take food and drink. for them itt is a nice spending of the Saturday and not more then that. For some of us it is top sportWell, i dont know if u had a look on ur calendar....... its almost 3 months before the Open Days... i guess its more than time to publish @ least some news about the Open Days 2008!!! Sorry, I was going through news and I read it somewhere on flightglobal, apparently they are very active in Iraq again after a mishap (and consequently grounding all MV-22s somewhere last year).Brian wrote:are you sure? last week a friend of mine saw 2 of them at Souda Bay..Flanker27 wrote:They're grounded.Bassie76 wrote:Yet another one for the wish list:
What about a V-22 Osprey.
So ok, let's put it on, they are not too far away, if they reach Souda Bay (hey a rhyme).

Cant wait for 20/21 june. Im coming both days like allways since '89.
Really nice to hear that the Mirage 2000 display comes, Frecce Tricolori is also nice to see back in NL.
As what i can read though this topic here, airshow list allready looks nice, and its just march/april. Anyway, all of the open days were successfull till now, only thing we can wish for is both days a full blue sky like we had in 2005

I think that was until a couple of years ago, then there used to be an F-15C East Coast and West Coast demo team. They must have changed that when the F-15E took over the demonstrations..mikek1357 wrote:Don't they have multiple F-15E demo teams? I thought they had 2? Or am I misinformed?Chrisse wrote:I'm sure the bureau Open Dagen has all this info. This would in any case be too late to request participation of this kind. Also, the F-15E demo will be in Langley that weekend
