Hi,
The link in the center of the page at http://www.scramble.nl/community.htm does work, the one in the left bar doesn't
Thanks for pointing out!! I'll fix this tonight also.

Hans

Re: Message board migration comments
In the old version I only received a message about the first reply to a topic after the last time I logged on, now I receive a message for every new post, while I haven't visited the board in between (Am I still making sense?).
Not that it's a problem for me, but a difference nonetheless.

hmmm... that is weird indeed.
At some point I will look into that, but that probably will be only after my holidays.

Re: Message board migration comments
I didn't notice either.
But neither did I notice that, unlike the old forum, you do not have to log in to view the new messages.
Also there seems to be an issue with the mails being send; even when your language settings are set to English, you receive the notification mails in Dutch...
Probably some settings somewhere, but I need to dig into that.

Untill now, no more messages are lost, after typing and then hitting the submit button. So seems perfect now!

Re: Message board migration comments
Hi,
During testing I did get below error once when I tried to post a message. But after that I have been unable to reproduce it, so I more or less forgot about it, until somebody else did get the same error today.
If possible, please include as much answers to below questions, as this will help me solving the problem

Since I have clicked every new message in this topic, it hasn't occurred to me anymore either, but I'll stop clicking now, so tomorrow I can see how many notifications I will have received.

Re: Message board migration comments
That's correct; there is a so called "flood interval" which currently stands at a couple of seconds , meaning you can not perform two searches with this time-frame (when you're logged in), or two searches by different visitors when you're not.
In the old situation this was something like 10 or 15 or so.
This has been done as the search option is one of the most database-intensive options on this message board.
When the current fast responses keep, I will remove all limitations at all.
