Thx Peter, McEntire F-16's always take off from Runway 14 and you have to be lucky that they keep them as low as on the last pic....We had 14 F-16's in take off and only one as low as this one... but yeah its a great base So definately good for a visit. Drop me a PN if you need any additonal information. All be glad to help out !

Allright thanks again for the info sofar and your willingness to help out! No immidiate plans to go that side of the states soon, but I made a note so I can contact you in the future! It's one of the last ANG units I seek to complete my collection.

Wow Peter,

some of the best shots I've seen from the U.S. in quite a long time. Especially the ones from your visit to McEntire. There are not many pictures out on the web from McEntire. It would be nice to see more of them.

I actually wanted to make a day by day report but due to the ''heads up'' I wandered of a little bit....

Ok , new try ... lets start of day by day from now on....

As said, I spend 15 days in the US I will show some of the shots taken during this trip. Bases visitted in following order: NAS Oceana Airshow 2011, NAS Norfolk , Langley AFB , MAS Cherry Point, Seymour Johnson AFB, Shaw AFB, McEntire JANG, MCAS Beaufort, Savannah IAP, Moody AFB, Tyndall AFB, Jacksonville IAP, NAS Jacksonville,NAS Mayport and NAS Cecil Field.
I hope you like it , as soon as it gets boring just let me now and I will see to it that I stop !
The first stop was the NAS Oceana 2011 show. Unfortunately the weather was not good but I still managed to get some descent shots.....
