Onderwerp: Bristow S61s to Den Helder
Hi
As of today the SAR unit at Sumburgh moved from Bristow to CHC Scotia. Bristow S61Ns G-BDOC and G-BCLC departed Sumburgh today
initially for Aberdeen. G-BCLC departed Aberdeen this afternoon for Den Helder via Durham Tees Valley and will initially replace
Norsk AS332L LN-OLC on the SAR contract there. G-BDOC will join 'LC after undergoing scheduled maintenance in Aberdeen in
approximately 2-3 weeks time.
Stornoway is now the first unit with S92s with G-CGMU and G-SARB now based there. However, S61N G-BIMU is evidently still there
until the S92s have completed night flying training. S61N G-BBHL I believe is now based at Sumburgh leased to CHC-Scotia from
Bristow.
Cheers
Steve
