Talked today to the captain of TMP at BRU operating for Brussels Airways..
He informed me that TMR will be ferried to Victorville for its C-check ex LIS tomorrow! He stated TMR is is much better shape than TMP......

that doesn't surprise me. They have been cleaning and maintaining the aircraft for such a long time.

How long does a C check take? Did they work on certain parts of the a/c already that can be skipped during the C check?[/quote]

CS-TMR is now on its way to Victorville. It took off from Lisbon early in the morning. It's a non-stop flight. It's going there for heavy maintenance!

Misschien een stomme vraag. :oops:

Na zijn C-check gaat hij waarschijnlijk terug naar LIS gaat hij daar dan stored worden of gaat hij vanaf LIS vluchten uitvoeren?

Als hij stored wordt gezet in LIS, dan had de check in VCV ook niet gehoeven...

Logisch, maar waarom stond hij dan al die tijd stored op SPL en nu opeens sturen ze hem back naar Portugal.
