Where did all the A400s go? Only 7 out of 35 delivered isn’t much...

Half of the fleet is in A and C-Checks and is getting Mods and Upgrades. One in Al Azraq, one in Nellis, three away on missions.

Noted today was P-3C CUP 60+08 of MFG 3 coming in from Nordholz and making approaches at Bremen before. It landed at Wunstorf and later did it’s training pattern.

Noted today on 20.5. were the following active A400M of LTG 62:

54+06 (flew three trainings), 54+31 (two tanker missions) and 54+36. Eight others were on the ramp.

P-3C CUP 60+04 of MFG 3 flew two trainings, one each in the morning and in the afternoon.

Performing an overshoot was Tornado IDS 45+13 of TLwG 51.

Planned for a stop in the morning ist HAF/354.MTM C-27J 4121.

It landed at 9.52h local.

One of the rarest military aircrafts of Europe and one which is seldom seen outside Sweden and even in Germany is to arrive as planned on 2.6. around 9.20h in the shape of Försökcentralen‘s Tp.86 Sabreliner 40A 86001/861.

The Sabreliner departed at 16.08h local.

Active LTG 62 A400M were 54+13, 54+31 and 54+33.

Noted on the ramp were 54+09 (no engines), 54+24, 54+29, 54+36 plus seven more unidentified.

Active A400M with LTG 62 on 5.7. were 54+06, 54+24 and 54+29.

Visiting was Eurofighter GS 30+86 of TLwG 71, which later went u/s. It left after fixing it just after 17.00h.

Visiting on 15.7. were:

Tornado ECR 46+40 of TLwG 51 (for fire crew training) and C-160D 50+57 of LTG 63.

Doing one overshoot was A400M CT-03 of BAC/15.Wing, 20.Smd.

Active A400M with LTG 62 were 54+05 (from Tiflis), 54+06, 54+25 (from Tiflis) 54+33 and 54+34.

On the ramp were 54+09, 54+22, 54+24, 54+27 and 54+29.

Visiting and doing a "fake hooklanding" for a fire crew rescue training was Tornado IDS 44+34 of TLwG 33.

Visiting on 21.07. (landed at 9.45h) was French AF A400M 0095/F-RAFP of ET 01.061.

Visiting LLOV (Ovda) today, 21st, is GAF187 A400M 54+06, stayed about 2 hours
