Pieter and all,
Thank you for all the excellent reports. However, it seems that most of you missed the two Belgian A109s, which arrived Saturday in the early evening (or I must have overlooked it being reported).
Cheers, Maurice

Pieter, as I suggested they both came in very late. The serials are: H05 and H07. One of them immediately after arrival started rehearsaling but I didn't note which one it was, sorry for that.Canberra TT.18 wrote:Anyone got the number off the Belgium A.109 displaying on Saterday around 18.45 hours and were was it parked?

Re: Kecskemet
Damn right you are! With all the raw power around, I couldn't take a look at those fragile little dinky toys....Starman wrote:By the way, you Dutch guys don't bother logging your own aircraft, or your Flamant neighbours'? Or is it just not done to mention Vipers at a MiG base?
But seriously, I don't log the stuff that is too familiair like Dutch and Belgian vipers. I know others still might like it, but I never even think about it. Sorry for that my friend.

I don´t mean either actually. I meant the G-2 Galeb flying. The 23736 was the G-4 Super Galeb. When we arrived around 12.30 I think, we saw a red, white and blue G-2 flying. It could have been one of the Stars demo team, but the colourscheme looked different and there was a Serbian AF G-2 expected. The J-22 and G-4 were parked on the flightline, the G-2 I couldn´t find anymore.

Kecskemet log / Low countries
No guys, don't get me wrong, I logged all the Dinky Toys (even potted a KLu one) and the double whup whup (looked better when it visited my local jetport a few years ago, got a snap of it somewhere) but I fully understand the lack of interest in such hallowed company! Just thought you might have missed 'em that's all!
Do you mean the grey one which flew with a Czech L-159 and Hungarian L-39. Hope it helps
I saw a picture of it on UKAR here`s the link.

Good job you all did on compiling these logs.
The Mi 17 on Sunday was 707 (carrying the flag) + 6206 (Mi and 716 was the Hind flying in that 3-ship formation
It also is so that the Dutch demo F-16 wasn't there , instead they brought in on Friday the J-635 and J-643 (used on both days for the display) , Belgian F-16's were the demo bird FA-131 and FA-101 used on both days as display bird .
The Belgian Agusta's couldn't come earlier than Saturday evening due the poor weather in Belgium and countries they had to fly over
On Friday were also seen:
1509 , a Polish AF AN-26 who left later on the day.
HA-1253 a glider

Hi all,
Just a few small questions....
Does anyone have more info on the SM-1 (Mi-1) with serial 06 ??
And anyone more info on the Yak-11 with serial 19 ??
There were both parked at the static.
Can anyone confirm one of the NF-5B's of the Turkish Stars as 4029 ??
And I'm still looking for the serial of the spare bird.
Thanks a lot....
Best regards, Rob.

Hi All,
Just back from 2 weeks in Hungary. Great show!! And we also spent some time spotting operationel at both bases. On thursday the 16th also all MIGS were noted from outside, except the 23. We also wrote down the serail was red or black.
Thursday the 16th:
01 red dispersal
03 black dispersal
04 black Flight Hanger canopy open
05 red dispersal
06 black dispersal
07 red dispersal
08 black dispersal
09 black HAS QRA
10 black Flight Hanger canopy open
11 black dispersal
12 red dispersal
14 red dispersal
15 black HAS QRA
16 black dispersal
18 black flight line
19 red dispersal
20 red dispersal
21 black Flight Hanger canopy open
22 red dispersal
23 red stored behind L39 storage line
24 red dispersal
25 red dispersal
26 black Flight Hanger canopy open
27 black Flight line
28 red dispersal
29 red dispersal
So all the red one's are NOT flying anymore.....???
On the 16th also was noted in the Flight Hanger (last hanger before dispersals) MI-8 10438
I can confirm The Turkish Stars as 4029 and the spare one the 3066.
On the 16th also the FA-131 was leaving...probably it was broken
One last question, on saturday the 11th there was a police H-500 flying around. Who knows this ID??
Happy Spotting in Hungary,
