Nice!! The 92733 in your picture is the 90-0946/55 in mine. A lot more weathering after 6 years. I also got the other in grey which turned out to become the 50 for the NSAWC.

Good to see some Taiwan shots, Dino! It's been a long time since I was there...
Even longer ago were these in some cases. This time, I chose some Swedish topics. Helicopters, some of which have already disappeared from the inventory already.
Groningen-Eelde, 6 July 1986.
Groningen-Eelde, 11 July 1988.
Karlsborg, 4 June 1989.
Groningen-Eelde, 11 May 1997.
Malmen, 19 May 2001.
Malmen, 19 May 2001, the last official flight of the AB.204B in Swedish service.
I hope you can enjoy them! (You too, Erik!)
Hans.

Re: Share your best slide scans
Wow, Taiwan is a far of my bed show till (well who knows what the future brings), but very nice to look at some of their aircraft! My compliments Dino! Sweden on the otherhand, while looking at Hans' great (!) helicopter pictures, reminds me af my 1st and till this day only visit ever to that country. We decided that we wanted to see the Draken operational while we still could, so we went to the Angelholm air show aug. 8th 1995. We were hoping to see at least one with sunshine.. Well after a very very short night we were rewarded! In a beautiful blue sky the Swedes threw out a mass formation of Drakens, all taxiing very close along the crowdline to get to the runway. All kinds of colors and markings. Afterwards it was possible to go to the flightline and take pictures of them parked. I still remember this day as one of the highlights from the past.

Hi Stefan; great head-on of that smoking MiG.29.
Sharpshooter; thanks for the compliment! Angelholm 1995 was the best Swedish Open Day I ever had.

Well.. Looking at your usual contributions... I think you may call yourself a lucky man with so much perfect material from all over the world, so what's one event in Sweden then!
Cheer up!!

Angelholm hosted - at least for me - two legendary Open House in 1985 and 1995... good memories!!! Speaking about 1995 and a little closer to home: Open Dag KLu Volkel Air Base, one of the highlights:

Re: Share your best slide scans
Last post for today from me, part of the catch of two weeks in Spain, fall 2001. Amongst others two Army bases were visited. The first was Almagro south of Madrid which houses a Battalion with attack configured Bo.105's.
Almagro, 29 September 2001
Then on to Colmenar Viejo after the weekend. Colmenar is to the north of Madrid and is the center for Spanish Army aviation.
Colmenar Viejo, 1 October 2001
A few days earlier, a quick visit to El Copero near Seville produced this Super Puma.
