KLC F70s

Post by n5205e00421 »

I believe those additional F70s are to be delivered in Q4 2008, not 2007! Just like the Emb190s. The first F100 will only leave the fleet next summer.

Like to have factual info on this. 4Q07 was info, mailed to me by a reliable source, but delivery might have been posponed ?

In KLC's press release dated 3 august it says:
From end 2008 till early 2010, KLC will phase out its 15 oldest Fokker 100 aircraft and replace them with 10 Embraer 190s and 5 Fokker 70s from Régional.

In a infoletter to the pilots it is mentioned that the first F70 will arrive in October 2008 and the first E190 in Nov 2008.

Left indeed yesterday 13:55A to PRG. Do not know if it returns to its lessor. Didn't arrive back from PRG and can't find anymore flights for the PH-XRA in the CISS...

In the past some HV B737's had their maintenance at CSA...perhaps this is the reason why there is no 'quick return flight to Amsterdam' visible in the CISS

It's not in the past... It still happens... ;)

If possible, keep an eye out for XRA....

There are daily AOG's (Aircraft On Ground) for HV on board of CSA aircrafts, so it still happens indeed...
