ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Yesterday I updated my youtube page with the Spanish F-18, Team Viper and the flyby of the "Historische Vlucht".

Enjoy!

There you go, some 7000 euro's on equipment, what Spotter can pay that?
Eagle must be a professional.

Only 1 from my side, a picture not yet seen between all the others at this moment, maybe not a big deal but think about it, how long will we be able to see 2 KLu Allouette III's next to eachother...

Really truly amazing shots... the detail is just incredible.

I am a extremely happy D3-user myself but I have to admit the difference between 'just' a D3 and a D3X is remarkeble... but but but for 7000 euros a Nikon D3X AND a Nikkor 4.0/600mm AF-S??? Where???

Regarding P-171:
And I'm not 100% sure, but I think it is destined to become a gate guard at Volkel in the future. In that case you'll definitely see it later on in your life
Correct! The "traditiekamer" is currently working on the restoration of the bird. It is destined to be placed on a pole at the gate in the (distant....) future.

You are absolutely right, you can't get that nowhere for that price, just checked it at Kamera-Express and if you double the amount I mentioned, you are closer!
No equipment for the average spotter!
I stick to my D200 and D300.
