The C-17 was not seen about 2000-2100lt... But it's possible we just missed it due to darkness and fog...

RCH703 was sceduled to depart at 20:10LT yesterday, however the flightplan was cancelled.......so it's still there

The C-17 had some small technical problems and will probably leave today.

It was parked at the hot cargo ramp all night long.

The C-17A (02-1103 of 62nd AW) was still there at 1220lt; no sign of life at the time.
