or will the Cargo jets mostly land on the Kaagbaan near the cargo?
(apart from the fact that the current is the Kaagbaan )

For as far as I know, the runway use for cargo planes does not differ from that for pax planes, so when necessary, they will use the secondary runway in use at that time as well.

At 20.00, the expected runway use will be either an offpeak or an outbound peak, so only one runway in use for landings then.
