Some very nice helicopter pictures in this topic.
Allow me to add some nostalgia to this subject:
Early 1980's, the helicopter could still be the same today, the truck is definately outdated.
Also early 1980's, Schiphol east platform. Note the missing DDA hangar (and general clutter) in the background.
Rotterdam early 1980's, In those days we could see more of Schreiner in our own country.
Heathrow 1985, B'Caledonian operated an airlink between Heathrow and Gatwick in those days
Fairford late 1980's, did sightseeing flights over the airshow.
Schiphol east late 1980's
KLM helicopters became involved with ERA helicopters. We had a stop at Schiphol of 3 of their helicopters on assignment to the UN.
To bring us back in present times, a Polizei Hubschrauber taking off at Dusseldorf, last year.
