Has the limit been exceeded? or it's a dead link to paypal.
Re: Hyeres - 100 years Aeronavale - 13 june 2010
No idea.
I don't even know if the limit is for real or a way to make people register faster.
I just forwarded the info I got.
Greetings,
Ben

Does any one already has a list of participating aircraft (except for the French Navy, which will sent any type available)? I read some Italian navy aircraft, Spanish and US.... but no official list
Au revoir.
Au revoir.

I haven´t got one until now, so I suppose I am out. I am fine with that, but I have one financial question
Does anybody know, from where I will get my money back? Because, when I registered myself, the paypal link was ok, and I payed the 30 €!
I thought until now, that as long the link was ok and you payed you where in. The next day, the link was dead, so I supposed, that the maximum number of participants was reached. But, it seems, my thoughts were not right ...

Well the best thing you can do is contact Paypal. If you used a Paypal link, there is a good chance they can help you out.
At least my experience with them, "solving" problems is more than okay !
Good luck.

Thank you very much K-9!
But I am puzzled because, how is it possible to take money from people knowing after a certain number, that the participation limit is reached and the people who continue to pay on my paypal-account, do not have a chance to participate on the spotter-day?
So, my question is about the politic of the account owner (the naval base of Hyere?) and not about paypal
Paypal is in most cases ok dealing with. I agree with you on that

Who says, the limit was reached??
I payed the same day registration opened. But didn't receive any confirmation so far.
It will probably come later, otherwise I guess they will let you know you are not welcome.
And refund the money. I don't think they will keep the money for themselves. So just wait and see.
Regards, Rob.

Maybe you can contact Hyeres first. Maybe you are still in (they might be able to check this better then Paypal), else you should give them a chance to return the money themselves. If you and/or a group of people in the same situation use the Paypal method immediately, the organisers might be booked as an unreliable identity by Paypal (which can also have bad effects on future events, as Paypal might not allow them to use their service again).

Is there is allready more information about the Aircraft carriers? Can't find anything about it on the web nor about expected port visits of carriers in that time or area!

The USS Truman left the USA yesterday, so they won't be there....
