@ Janos and Joost: amazing shots!!!
BTW, what kind of lenses do u use for those macro shots, Joost?? Seems like you had some better luck photographing these than with the planes.
From the 21st till the 25th I (and my brother) made a short trip to the island of Öland, near the east coast close to Kalmar in the South of Sweden. Mostly we went there to get some nice pics of birds. The island is very famous for its rich birdlife and is also a stopp for most birds when migration towards the South these days. Some birds will come later, but first: on our way to Öland we saw these two "älgar" standing besides the road. The kings of the forrest!!

I'd rather depict atmosphere and the 'heat of the moment' making a catchy photo than to reflect the real situation and real colours showing a boring photo.
