Low and fast from N-NE -> S-SW over Alphen aan den Rijn.
Low noise, prop. Couldn't place the aircraft, looked like a piper Warrior.

chinook over vlissingen

Post by Buttonfreak01 »

I very clearly heard a chinook around 2010LT over Vlissingen. Did anybody get it on SBS or scanner? There's nothing mentioned on the Gilze forum. British maybe? Must have been a pretty bumpy ride with these gail force winds.

Thought I heard a Cougar passing overhead my house in Muiden, about 30 minutes orso. No idea about directions, did not bother about it.

Over ede

Post by Eagledriver 32 »

Around 10.00 LT overhead Ede, flying some cirquits, a twin-engine plane. It has some pylons under his wings. Maybe for some work with Apaches in the area that were around at the same time?

Who can help me?

(beetje Hunter achtig)

Iemand enig idee wat ik bedoel?

About 3 minutes ago two Mirages (one Mirgae 2000 & one Mirage F1) flew over Noord-Limburg. They made a wide circle before flying in the direction of De Peel.

Just over the Almere-Amsterdam area on a NW-heading: two large aircraft (one dark, one lighter) in very close line-astern formation. A tanker and a receiver perhaps?

The best place to be: Cornfield-range
