Or they arrive before, and there is a welcoming ceremony at that time.

According to German media, the flyby will consist of an “Israeli Learjet with high-ranking Israeli and German military, accompanied by 2 Typhoon and 2 F-16.”
Well, I would make a Gulfstream out of that Learjet...

Thanks in advance,

Couldn't agree more, a bit of reading has never hurt anyone now has it?

Same goes for asking for timeframes etc: please bare some patience...
(And yes, I understand, I have to take a day off as well and plan things myself)
But bare in mind that this concerns military aviation, and in particular with this bunch, so things are not always out in the open. If you want that go do civil rubbish, they have a perfectly organized schedule...

In due time more will be known, and as always info will come out through the people that can and are willing to share this.
And indeed, as AK01 stated, these are scarce in Germany ( freedom of choice, no matter what you think about it) so a big THANK YOU for Mr Herby is in place here for shedding just enough light on things so we can all do a little planning.

Right, back to topic and let's just all enjoy the show

“As part of the exercise, six "Barak" (F-16C/D) fighter jets, two "Re'em" (Boeing 707) aircraft, and two "Nachshon-Eitam" (Gulfstream G-550) aircraft will land at the "Nörvenich" base in Germany.”

Launch from Köln and recover to Nörvenich on Monday after the mission? It would allow them to arrive the day before the fighters to get equipment & personnel to the base, that is closed for flying on Sunday, yet still get the lot together afterwards.
Just a thought.

And interestingly enough, apparently the Gulfstreams will also already arrive during the first week instead of the rumoured second week.

Latest word on the rehov (strasse) is a mix of 101 and 105 Squadron Baraks from LLHS.

This could still all change....
Drink treble
See double
Act single

and the Emir called up his jet fighters
