Lifeliner 3 has done some enquiries with the Belgian Air Component.

It now turns out the Sanicole Airshow will not be held in 2014.
Instead, the Sanicole organisation will join forces with the Air Component to organise a "large" airshow at Kleine Brogel Air Base proper.

The dates: Saturday and Sunday 13 + 14 September 2014, with probably a Spotters' Day at Kleine Brogel the Friday before.

I saw that the BAF airshow has been planned for 12-14 september 2014.
Does this mean that 12 September will be an old fashion fly in spottersday and than the regular show on Saterday and Sunday?

Can anyone tell how this airshow is in terms of distance to the display line?
The thing is that I went to Florennes in 2012 and Koksijde in 2011 and the displayline seemed far, far away. However, I also went to the Tigermeet spotterday at Kleine Brogel a few years ago, which was great, but not an airshow of course. The Belgians often have a great list of participants, but the distance to the crowd make photography a pain. Could anyone elaborate on this with knowledge about previous shows at Kleine Brogel?
