During my trip to the US I got to spend a few hours at Van Nuys airport. Here are some photos.
The airport bills itself as the busiest airport in the world, and it was rare for something not be be moving:-

The Cirrus VK-30 was the forerunner to the Cirrus range of aircraft that are now so popular:-

The lcoal flying schools were busy, and operated a range of aircraft including DA40 N308EF:-

The LA Fire Department have a number of helicopters at the airport, such as N412HA:-
