Well you also need fuel for engine tests don't you? Doesn't mean anything. perhaps the pilot is not even here and the engines are being tested by technical staff.. I can imagine though USAF wants it out of a civil airport and back to the operational status ASAP. I would say that if engine tests are successful today, departure tomorrow. Not based on any facts! See you at the fence then.
