just been reading Scramble 451. On page 80 there is a discussion about whether the F-86F is 12-7996 or really 02-7946 in false marks. This Japanese site certainly thinks it is 7946.

The same site also queries whether the UH-1B is 41581 or actually 41531. UH-1B 41531 was one of the a/c stored near Hyakuri from 11/95 to 11/02. Did anyone take a photo of it near Hyakuri that will allow us to compare the colour scheme with the one at the Old Car Center?
On MSF I guess this question would be called a 'longshot'
