Re: ETAD 15-03-2018
So after today, the counter is at 61 F-16's for ONLY 1 day!
I've never experienced this before so many starts on 1 day.
After lunch time:
13:00 hours the C-5 departed and shortly followed by series of F-16's.
89-0450
91-0403
91-0343
91-0358
91-0481
91-0344
90-0833
91-0338
91-0361
xx-0813
xx-0080
89-0109
89-0082
Around dinner time:
0083
0360
0407
0418
0344
3918
0813
0080
Then there was even night flying and I just got back in my hotel. I wasn't sure if it was 14 or 15 F-16's. I counted 14 with 1 extra flyby. They all returned arround 22:00 hrs. It was way too dark to take any pictures or look at serials.
And the 4G sucks at ETAD so I have unfortunately no tailnumbers from the nightflying.
But overal 61 F-16's in 1 day... I find that very awesome! Where in the world you can experience that... SPANGDAHLEM !
Bedtime now and in a few hours we wave goodbye to the Ohio's.

Meaning Birdybarty is going home or OH F-16s are flying home this weekend?
What is the latest on this?

Re: ETAD 15-03-2018
F16's from Ohio are leaving today. I only have no idea what time.
Re: ETAD 15-03-2018
I have no inside information, however they flew missions on Thursday and the last three only arrived yesterday evening, I would expect at 24hrs rest before departure. Furthermore I can't see any tanker activity apart from the standard Mildenhall tankers. So I would be surprised if they leave today.
Just noted that there is no airspace reservation as well.....

I can just share what I know Sir and that is that they are due to depart mid next week! Let's see, you know, the USAF also often changes their plans spontaneously..Jovel wrote:Adraf, do you have more or other OH departure information? Do you want to share it with us?
