Re: Ingolstadt-Manching (ETSI) - 2021 MIL
Out of curiousity: why are there so many A.400s here?
Cheers,

The field is closed for three weeks. Noticed this because I will be in the area next week.

All probably here for warranty work. Gearbox issues afflict this airplane, as well as other issues.
The French and RAF ones go back to Sevilla for similar work to be carried out.
The KLu and AMI (and other operators) can consider themselves not to have been lumbered with the A400M.

Re: Ingolstadt-Manching (ETSI) - 2021 MIL
I overflew Manching yesterday on a flight from MUC to LEJ (Wednesday 3rd November) and there were 4 x A400M on the South Eastern Apron, 3 x A400M on a Mid Apron with 2 x AWACS in between them. any ideas on which ones are currently parked outside here ?
