I can confirm its a single ship, they crossed Koksijde overhead on their way to Gilze Rijen

VW231 is a Sea Fury. Probably mistyping of missighting for XW231.

A long shot: is there anyone able to id the two Apaches that were crossing the A2 motorway south of verkeersplein Deil at 13.45, heading west?

According https://www.helispot.nl/hs/radar/default.asp?h=c2 only the Q-23 and Q-29 have flown today and their route on adsd matches your location
