It is a historic occasion to bring together European, Latin American and Caribbean leaders
to renew and strengthen relations between the two regions
after almost a decade of absence of bi-regional dialogue

This was the EU-CELAC meeting in Brussels 2015.
Might give you an idea about what might be expected in 2 weeks. Although no guarantee of course.
