Early question to ask, but is a Frisian Flag exercise planned for 2025? & any dates known?
Thanks

Re: Frisian Flag ‘25
There is a Frisian Flag, beside Ramstein Flag or both together?
Re: Frisian Flag ‘25
Both exercises are mentioned seperately in Nato documents. There is indeed an overlap in the dates. Previous rumours suggested Ramstein Flag would operate from Leeuwarden, can't confirm that. But it will definetly be a problem for the North Sea TRA's to handle two large exercises at a time.
Re: Frisian Flag ‘25
Exercise name will be Frisian/Ramstein Flag 25 and main base will be Leeuwarden, with participants also operating from bases in three other countries. Exercise is being planned so things are still 'fluid' at the moment....

Frisian Flag will be a small part of Ramstein Flag, which might attract some nice international aircraft againAK01 wrote: ↑03 Nov 2024, 20:16 Both exercises are mentioned seperately in Nato documents. Other bases should be Marham, Skrydstrup and Spangdahlem according to rumours
