From a recent RIAT press release:
JaapAIR TATTOO CHANGES TICKETING POLICY
Organisers of the Royal International Air Tattoo are introducing day-specific tickets for next summer’s event in a bid to control the rising number of visitors to Europe’s premier airshow.
Traditionally, Air Tattoo visitors have been able to choose whether to attend on the Saturday or the Sunday of the airshow weekend but last summer, due to contrasting weather forecasts for the two days, two-thirds of people opted to attend on the Saturday. This not only put pressure on the event’s traffic management plan but also on facilities inside RAF Fairford.
By introducing day-specific tickets, organisers believe they will have a much clearer picture, in advance, of the numbers planning to attend the airshow each day and therefore be in a better position to control numbers, should the need arise.
From today, special day-specific Earlybird admission tickets go on sale priced £29.95. These tickets will be available until February 29, 2008 after which time advance tickets will be available at the 2007 price of £32.50. However, for those people who still prefer the flexibility, a limited number of ‘premium’ optional day tickets are also being made available from today - but at the higher price of £37.50.
Air Tattoo Director Tim Prince said: “In the end, we had to weigh up whether it was more beneficial to our visitors to have the choice of which day they came, or whether they’d prefer the prospect of easier access to RAF Fairford. Having gone through a consultation process we concluded that the benefit of easier access was greater. As the Air Tattoo grows in popularity we have a responsibility not only to our customers but also to people living along the various traffic routes. Controlling the number of people attending each day will make the Air Tattoo experience that much more enjoyable for everyone. Despite this change, our ticket prices still represent excellent value, particularly for those purchasing our Earlybird ticket. Add to this the fact that accompanied under-16s come free and car parking is free and you’d be hard pressed to find a more exciting and value-for-money family day out next summer.”
The Royal International Air Tattoo takes place on July 12 & 13, 2008. Tickets are available from http://www.airtattoo.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; or by calling 0870 758 1918.

First RIAT participant is the Patrouille Suisse according to Flugzeugforum.
Edit: looks like I've missed some bits. Los Halcones (TBC), F-22 Raptor (TBC) and Asas de Portugal seem to be coming as well (source: Flightline UK).
Ali Ozturk also i've read somewhere
Let's see what RIAT gives as participants at their own website!!
Over the years a lot of participants have been mentioned at various forums or aircraft people loved to see attending, but that were never an option for the organisation. For example, they might say no to Ozturk, as he is flying a very small aircraft. RIAT as aware the crowdline is more than 3000 meters.
