Nice pics! :shock:

Also good to see something "out of the ordinary";

Can you perhaps share some information on the technicalities of these pictures? (mm's, exposure, enhancing y/n?) TIA!

No it is not, in my opinion it is a C-5, look at the engines and the vertical tail.
Most important, IL76 does not have that many (do not know correct name) guide vanes at the aft of their wings as a C-5.

They 're all made with the Canon 100-400, 90 % of them in combination with the 1.4 converter. I use the Canon 5d on "M" ( 1/640 F/9 ISO 200 )

I say ; it 's a C5 galaxy, look at the tail and the wingtips and you 'll see the difference. ( if not ; I'm from the civil-side, so just plain stupid with these kind of aircraft )

100% sure this is an C5 Galaxy.
Due to the other photo's from the Awacs and the other 707 i gues he took this pictures around the area of Leiden/Alphen aan de Rijn.
It's the corridor for the Militair aircraft above the Netherlands on his way to either Ramstein or the States.

This is a Il76, check the end of the wings, wing tips and tail end, size of the fuselage after wing, size of the engines and space between them. So once again Pic 16 is a C-5:

Number 16 is, indeed, 100% a C-5, and I must say I'm surprised that some people think otherwise...it's almost like, say, seeing a clear picture of an F-14 and claiming it is an F-15...

Stephan
