Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Nice pics! Especially the Yugoslavian chopper.

About that last picture: where was it taken? I see a tent between the two aircraft, looks like some sort of campsite

The last picture is taken at Fowlmere EGMA near Duxford. I was there this summer with a PA-28 PH-AEC. During the Duxford air show it's possible to camp near your aircraft at Fowlmere. Because 'the field is located 2 miles from Duxford it is very suitable to stay at Fowlmere for the weekend.

Do you have a nice picture of the PH-AEC at Fowlmere as well?

I already planned a trip to Fowlmere this year! This time with the Daimond DA-40 PH-CAE. Because the PA-28 PH AEC is sold to an UK operator and is currently flying under the registration of the G-PALY. Last year our friends arrived with a German C-172 at Fowlmere D-EKOX. One of the pilots of this aircraft is now the owner of a Yak-50 and will try to visit Fowlmere this year with his new Yak. (This plane was in flying storage at Lydd and now active at Lelystad EHLE). Later on I shall try to add some Fowlmere pictures of my own.
