That's indeed a Vatour 2N, with serial 337. Preserved with the museum of Melun-Villaroche.

The website that Jeroen himself states in his messages reffers to it as an Vatour IIN (Roman digits)

It is a Jodel D.9 Bébé, but these were not ulv's. This one is, according the registration 91-YJ.
