Buccaneers 12Sqn on rotation USAFE Soesterberg AB 1992

Hello people!

Finally I bought a scanner (Epson V330) so I can scan all my negatives and positives of the last 20 years:-) O do feel like a sort of monk right now having 200 neg's scanned the last 24 hrs.
So, I've got some results, the Buccaneers were on rotation back in 1992 at Soesterberg, I was stubborn that day and just discovered the mighty Kodachrome 64 film.....so the scans are a little dark....;-)

Oh, lovely trip down memory lane again! Did you find any slides of the accompanying Hunter already?

I guess so, yes. I remember a black twinseat Hunter joining the 7 or 8 Bricks on that rotation. Must have been that one. Thanks!

Very nice shots. I think a year later, in July 1992 also some Bucs were there for a small exercise with the CR Eagles...

This was in August 1992
Hi Nilsko, you are right it was in August. Buc XW579 is a typo must be XW527.
I think Reinier mixed up the year, must be 1992 instead of 1991..... :wink:
