REQ : Up to date frequencies

Hello al,

Picking up my old hobby again and stumbled against the following :

I'm searching for a up to date frequencie list for Dutch mil.
Tried google , but most of the lists are old and incomplete and are dating before the 8.33 khz spacing and the frequencie
changes that happend some time ago.

Also looking for :Lippe radar , London mil , Belga etc etc

Is there someone who can help me with this ?
