Hi,

Details are still hard to fetch (if available at all).

Most recent scenario:

- Saturday 11 August; old timers over Zhukovsky
- Sunday 12 August; Russian Air Force parade

Regards,
Stefan

Here you'll find an article which mentions something about an centennial flypast with warbirds over Moscow:

Ian Allan stated in their tour itinerary that there will be a two day airshow at Zhukovsky Airfield, and 28 aerobatic teams from around the world have been invited.

However, I also emailed Aeroprints a couple of weeks ago to get some details about their tour, and I had a reply back saying that there would be a small airshow on the Saturday featuring historics, and then the Sunday would be the main, presumably military airshow. They still think that the event will be held at Chkalovskya (sp?) though...

At least there's a bit more proof that something is happening that weekend!

Do you have a link to the 2012 Frecce calendar by any chance?

So I wonder which 10 they are? I guess we can count the Knights, Swifts, Team Rus, Russian Falcons and the Frecce. It wouldn't surprise me if the Patrouille De France attended either...

Some "mighty beasts" would be nice, MIG31, TU160 - maybe the last MIG25.

I would love to see those machines.
