Spotting in Belize

I am planning a trip to Belize next month and wanted to see if anyone had any tips. I would love to get a tour of the Belize Defense Force ramp, but do not know if that is possible. Does anyone know a good spot to get a photo of one of their Islanders?

should not be a problem I think; please send me a report once you have been there!
