Kunsan (Republic of Korea) based 8th Fighter Wing F-16 Fighting Falcons conducted the Exercise Beverly Pack 25-1 from 12 till 16 January 2025.

This exercise marked the largest-scale Agile Combat Employment (ACE) generation, deployment for the 8th Fighter Wing ever since ACE was introduced within the USAF.

Also, the Wolf Pack aircraft made history during Exercise Beverly Pack 25-1 by executing their first ACE movement, deploying a dozen F-16s to a simulated forward location at Gwangju Air Base (Republic of Korea). Gwangju is home to the Republic of Korea Air Force (RoKAF) 1st Fighter Wing flying the T-50 Golden Eagle.

The simulated forward operating base at Gwangju focused on integrating the 8th Fighter Wing’s specialised capabilities into a simulated wartime environment.
