Accident Bolivian Army R44

On 3 January 2022, the sole Robinson R44 Raven I of the Ejército de Bolivia (Bolivian Army) EB-121 (c/n 2302), was badly damaged while attempting to make an emergency landing.

The accident ocurred on the Pescado river, Coronado Norte, Muyupampa municipality, Chuquisaca department, where the helicopter was searching for a person that went missing on 22 December.

Two of the three occupants escaped unharmed and the third was injured. The cause of the accident is being investigated.
