Bangladesh receives fifth and final C-130J
On 25 June the fifth and last modernised C-130J 99-5481/S3-AGH was delivered to the Bānlādēśa Bimāna Byabahāra (Bangladesh Air Force).
The machines have been active in Bangladesh and indeed around the world in support of UN missions and disaster relfief work.
The former Royal Air Force aircraft were contracted in July 2017and thoroughly upgraded by Marshall of Cambridge from 2018 onward.
The first one was delivered in August 2019. The ultimate one wil be ferried momentarily to join the other four at 101 Special Flying Unit (SFU) 'Excellence & Beyond' at Tejgaon Air Base, Dhaka.
