Grob G120 for Bangladesh
The Chief of Air Staff of the Bangladesh Armed Forces said in a speech during a banquet dinner that they signed a deal with the German company Grob early June 2021 for 24 Grob G120TP basic training aircraft.
Currently, the Bangladesh Biman Bahinii (BAF, Bangladesh Air Force) operates a large number of Nanchang PT-6 basic trainers with 11sq from Jessore/Matiur Rahman Air Base.
Dozens of these were acquired over the years. Details on the delivery schedule for the Grobs are yet unknown.
