All aircraft were acquired under a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract. One was delivered in 1970, the other were delivered in 1969.
According to the Scramble Military Database, the HAF still operates some nine T-41Ds at Tatoi out of a total of 21 that were delivered, although five of them have not been seen over the past three years.
Since June 2019, the Tecnam P2002JF started replacing the ageing T-41D Mescalero with 360 MEA.
