"Just a nice Picture...!"

As the sun sets over Dover Air Force Base (DE), the last August rays of light catch some Lockheed C-5M Super Galaxies on the flightline, where airmen work on C-5M serial 87-0045 (construction number 500-131).

With Fiscal Year 1987, 87-0045 is "the youngest" of some sixteen C-5Ms, that are based at Dover AFB with the 9th Airlift Squadron "Pelicans"/436th Airlift Wing and associated Air Force Reserve Command's 709th Airlift Squadron/512th Airlift Wing.
