Due to the small demand of the various Swiss government departments, it was decided back in February this year to sell the Pilatus PC-24 after less than three years of service with the Schweizer Luftwaffe (Swiss Air Force).
The aircraft’s high sales value due to its age and condition was also a factor that contributed to the decision. JoyVida International AG submitted the best offer for the aircraft and will receive it by November 2022.
The PC-24, serial T-786 (121), is operated by the Lufttransportdienst des Bundes (LTDB) and is based at Bern/Belp.
This unit has a nice variety of VIP jets and operates the Falcon 900EX (T-785), the Cessna 560XL (T-784) and two Canadair CL-604 (T-751 and T-752). In the past they have also operated two Learjet Lj35As and a single Falcon 50.
