Turkish MİT operates the Aksungur and Akıncı UCAS

The Turkish X (former Twitter) account @GRT_TV_FM posted an interesting video to commemorate the 97th anniversary of the Milli İstihbarat Teşkilatı (MİT - National Intelligence Organization), the Turkish equivalent of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency, the CIA.

In that video an interesting array of Unmanned Combat Aerial Systems (UCAS) could be seen, among them three TAI Anka-I (used in the COMMINT/SIGINT and IMINT roles). Interestingly enough (and new to Scramble), it also showed a TAI Aksungur and a Baykar Savunma Akıncı-A. Missing in the picture is the Bayraktar TB2S, of which the MİT is known to operate several as well. All in all, the MİT have an impressive UCAS toolbox at their disposal.

The MİT UCAS are operated out of Batman but are known to also forward operate from Van Ferit Melen Airport, further east.

This video shows all UCAS involved.
