Two more A-29B for Chile delivered

Last Friday, 13 November 2020, the second pair of an additional order for the A-29B Super Tucano was delivered to the Fuerza Aérea de Chile (Chilean Air Force).

Seen during a technical stop at Asunción/Silvio Pettirossi (Paraguay), serials 471 and 472 constitute the last of the follow-on order of four aircraft. With this delivery, the total fleet is brought up to 22 aircraft.

The Super Tucanos are all operated by Grupo 1 at Base Aérea Los Cóndores co-located at Iquique/Diego Aracena airport in Northern Chile.
