The F/A-18C/Ds of 9sq and 25sq will being sold to Malaysia in 2025. Both squadrons will be re-equipped with F/A-18E/F Super Hornets.

Six H225Ms are operating in the newly established 21sq at Ahmed al Jaber AB. This unit is assigned to the Kuwait National Guard.

The three L-100-30 of SQ 41 are withdrawn from use although one might be made airworthy again. The military part of Kuwait International Airport is named Abdullah Al-Mubarak Airbase.

Six S-92's are operating in 91sq for VIP duties from Nawaf Al Ahmad Air Base and are marked with 'State of Kuwait' titles.

Two squadrons (32sq and 62sq) are equipped with H225M in the SAR and Anti Submarine role. Both units operate under control of the Kuwaiti Navy.

Elementary and Basic training was carried out by 19sq operating Tucano Mk52s from Ahmed Al Jaber AB. It is not clear wether the Tucanos are still operational.
