Live atc 99% of the time only uses the VHF frequencies,they do not list the UHF side,which is half of the miltary traffic,that's why i listen via my own radios range is about 150-200 miles,COUGAR is used by C-21A from AMC.

It will be interesting to see what pops up here are a few to watch for all are B-300C built in 2010 all to Sierra Nevada at this time,i keep forgetting Sierra Nevada has an office in Huntsville now:

Yeah he was in washington to scope out the layout and good places to take some aerial pics for the upcoming shuttle movements,they are in and out here at least 3-4 times a week because of Marshall Space Flight Center on Redstone Arsenal.Yeah he was a flight of two.
