Hiding in hangars at Renton WA 16.07.13

On a sunny trip to Renton on Tuesday I was lucky to see the Hamilton h-47 NC879H soaking up the sun while their other aircraft the Travel Air 6000 NC9084 was inside the hangar. Also noted was UH-1 0-6371 inside the police hanger. (A spares source?) Does anyone know its full serial? The other UH-1 0-...

Veterans Memorial Museum, Chehalis WA

I came down I5 on Tuesday night and caught sight of a chopper sitting outside this museum. Pretty sure it was AH64 Apache. Does anyone have any details?

Re: Photo: MD-87 jetliner air tankers/water bombers...

On my last visit to KHIO Hillsboro, OR 03.12.12 N291EA and N292EA were present. N292EA still in it's Spanair livery. On 04.11.12 I saw N826TH being worked on and N292EA was present.

CT-39 Now at Hillsboro OR

Seen outside the Classic Aircraft Aviation Museum today minus wings but on undercarriage was CT-39 60-3481. I assume this is a new acquisition but I didn't have time to call in and ask today. They do have their two ex-Taiwan F5s inside: 5357 (70339 USAF) and 5257 (80032) which were seen on 04/10/12....

Re: Seattle area: where to go?

Not sure if I'm a bit late to this thread but I've just been around these fields as I'm based in WA. There are always Boeings flying at BFI and Paine and the 737s are popping out pretty fast. 787s are also starting to move around the field & lot & testing is going on too. Let me know if you ...

Re: Pick your spot: Boeing Field, Renton or Paine Field?

It should also be noted with landings going the normal way and a decent scope you can read off most of the Seatac traffic while at Boeing Field. It is hard to see at Seatac too. If you need any more help I'm an ex-Brit now WA based.
