Think the t35 are harder as a short landing and take off.
Not familiar with the harbour.

c101 use the sea runway and the T35 the inland one. if there landing 05R you are laughing. Google earth shows the fence and you will get away with a little stepper/stone/hmm hire car... Or if they take off 23L then go to the end of the road and stand on top the wall by the camp site Not sure if I go...
