If RWY 32 is being used, is there any spot you can read the serials? (Maybe west corner W Sullivan Rd?). Or better not waste time there?

I will give it a try in 2 weeks. So I guess you can park at the coffee store and as long as you stay off the fence and use binoculars, things will be ok, I guess? Is Steel Street South a place to recommend to read off serials, or better stay at the coffeeshop?

Russia just lost an IL-76 in the Belgorod area. Video is showing the aircraft plunge down and explode in a big fireball. Reportedly 63 people on board and possibly S300 missiles. Maybe an Ukraine Air Defence score - reported as shot down.

This morning RA-78831 was visible on ADS-B, flying out of the UAE. That might be your missing IL-76. Is the same one that supported the Russioan Knights at Dubai Airshow 3 weeks ago.
