Req: serial of the second Phantom and i/d of F-16 coded 'S'

Hi all and especially Claudio, Nice pics of the Phantoms of the 9th of may! I was in the neighbourhood during a business trip and convinced my colleague to make a quick stop. We stepped out of our car and wham!, the two greeks passed over our heads for their first pass. Nice to see them make a coupl...

Log: brazilian C-130 at Verona airport

Hi all, When passing by Verona airport on the 'autostrada' during a business trip last tuesday 6th of may, I noted a foreign (non-italian) C-130 on the civil platform. It seemed to have a green/grey camo colour scheme. Does anyone have a clue to what this was? -Edit- I googled a bit and have just fo...

Thanks already for the quick replies. Just one additional point: as I need my hand luggage allowance for the business stuff, I won't be carrying my camera along, just bins to crunch some numbers. Thanks again!

Bergamo-Orio al Serio (LIME/BGY) - 2008

REQ: spotting at Bergamo-Orio al Serio (mil+civ) Hi all, Next monday I'll have a couple of hours to spend at Bergamo-Orio al Serio (or Milan-Orio al Serio as they call it... :? ) before my colleague arrives for a one-week tour of client visits together. Can anybody give me directions to spots to wat...

C-17 over Den Bosch 26/4

Hi all,

Noted a C-17 over Den Bosch saturday evening, 20.48LT. It was high, but not as high as the airliners trailing over around the same time (it had no contrails, the airliners did) and it was flying in a N->S direction. Anyone who can connect a number?

 Sorry, hadn't seen the earlier message on the Do28's. Anyway, I was still sticking to the facts when I said that they're civil.

I saw that a military Do28 has been added to the list of participants. I think it's pretty safe to say that that will be a civil one (ex-mil, I know...).

Hi Wim,

great shots! I was at Ramstein on the thursday before you were there. Flying wasn't bad (no E-3's yet though) but the weather was dull, very overcast and temp was about 6 degrees....

Hard to tell these days if a picture is real or fake, but the C-130 in the foreground is not an airliner. Could be a shared airfield of course... Well, it's not hard to guess which airfield it is. Never been there though, but I think Halifax is mainly civil, with regular mil visitors. But I don't t...

Definitely one hell of a pilot...but I still think that the above picture is a photoshop of his aircraft put into another picture of a civil airport. I don't think they'd allow him to perform such a knife-edge pass between civil airliners. The plane in the picture by the way is not the same one as t...

That picture's got to be photoshopped....or the pilot's license has been withdrawn afterwards.
