Could be ex USAF F-16 as well. Recently multiple have been picked up from Tucson by An124 after being trucked from AMARG.

To make it even more confusing, the F-16s marked in 8th FS or 163rd FS markings are operated by 309th FS. 309th FS swapped aircraft with 8th FS, of which most F-16CMs will be operated by the 163rd FS (IN ANG) in the future, currently having training with 309th FS.
